Common Questions
Cannot find my license key
No problem. If you cannot find your license key in your email just use the link above to open the support portal and open a ticket with the name of the game you are looking for and your email address it was purchased with and we will be able to find it for you.
Cannot get a mod to work
We have a vibrant community of people in our discord channel and forums so if you are having trouble check there first especially if you can contact the creator of the mod. If you wish you can open a ticket in our support portal and we will help you as best we can. We do not create or distribute the mod files but we can do our best to help troubleshoot what might be wrong.
Need to reset license key
If you wish to move a license from one computer to another the main menu of the game will likely have a license management option which you can use to deactivate the license. Simply download the game on your other computer and then re-license the game there. If you are unable to do that you can always use the link above for the support portal and we can unlicense the key for you as well.
